Lesson Plan Supplemental Materials

The lesson plan that I have prepared will prepare students to use the writing process. The students will brainstorm, write, edit and publish a poem. The purpose of this lesson is to understand and undergo the writing process ( pre-write, write, revise, edit  publish.) The students will be doing this by completing the given tasks, according to the timeframe given. We will be writing poems and after completing the writing tasks, we will be presenting our final projects. 

My lesson includes many technology activites and I have highlighted a few below. 

First, I will use a voki avatar to explain to the students how to use Voki. They will be using this as part of their final project and assessment.

Second, I have created a blog for my "classroom." On this blog they will respond to certain promts throughout the year. For this lesson plan I have created a prompt and have included it below.
